White Wine Spritzer

I don't know where you live but where I am right now it's raining and gloomy outside. So to remind me that summer IS on its way I decided to make myself a refreshing light summery cocktail. The tride and true Wine Spritzer! It's delicious, refreshing and perfect for a lovely spring or summer evening. Oh and don't I forget its so easy to make. Gotta love those 2 or 3 ingredient recipes! Just 3 Simple Ingredients, (ok 4 if you count the ice) *these ingredients are a must to have on hand whether it be for cocktails, cooking or simply getting a tough stain out of your shirt :-)

Club Soda (I always have canned sparkling water on hand, its awsome and since its canned you don't need to worry about loosing your bubblness if you do not use the entire container right away) Lemmons White Wine of your choosing, Chardonnay is my personal fav Ice

Simply fill your glass with ice, I really love to use stemless wine glasses, they are way cool. Anyway, fill with ice, about half way with club soda and top off with wine. More or less to taste. Garnish with a lemmon slice or two.

White Wine Spritzer

Also note a delish red vino is perfectly accebtable in this cocktail, I have tried both and either way you go tastes great!
