Easy and Elegant Stuffed Mushrooms

Want a quick, easy and yummy appetizer for your guests? Look no further. This is one of Bobbie's go to appetizers for all her social events.


Cream cheese

Green onion, chopped

bacon bits

bleu cheese crumbles

Remove stems from mushrooms. Mix up cream cheese with bacon bits, green onion and blea cheese crumbles, stuff inside your mushroom caps and bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes. Delicious and so easy! No need to measure or be exact with your ingredients. Use what you have on hand and have fun with it. These tasty little treats are yummy with crab meat, chopped veggies, sausage or just cheeses. Sprinkle the tops with a little shredded parmesan or bread crumbs before baking for a crispy browned top. Enjoy!
